La Isolina is named after a woman who may never have existed—or perhaps she existed everywhere. A sort of Mallorcan myth, a woman who always had a glass of wine in her hand and a smile that could calm storms. She was the one who always knew exactly which wine suited which moment, whether it was a romance, a heartbreak, or just a long afternoon in the sun.
According to legend, Isolina used to gather neighbors, strangers, and friends around her table—always with something good in the glass and a little something to nibble on. She believed in simplicity, warmth, and really good wine.
We named the bar La Isolina to honor that spirit. You might even meet her here one day—in the atmosphere, in a laugh from the next table, or in the taste of a wine you’ll never forget.

THE FOOD
Forget printed menus. Our bites are spontaneous, made fresh every day from what we find at the market or what our suppliers surprise us with. You’ll never know what’s coming—but you can trust it’ll be delicious.
Throughout the night, our team will cruise around the room, tray in hand, offering up little bites like you’re at the coziest house party ever. Take one if you like. Take five if you're hungry. Or skip a round if you're just here for the wine. Totally up to you.
Each bite is the same price, no matter what’s on it—fish, meat, veg—it’s all fair game. We’ll mark your table cover each time you grab one, so we can keep track without interrupting your flow.

La Isolina is the laid-back sibling of Azuca–Urban Bistro, our vibrant and much-loved big sister just around the corner. We share more than just a zip code—we share the same energy, the same love for great flavors, and sometimes even the same people.
Don’t be surprised if your favorite Azuca crew member suddenly shows up at La Isolina, pouring wine with a smile. Or if someone from our team pops up at Azuca, shaking cocktails or plating something beautiful. We move between the two like it’s one big, happy house. Because, well—it kinda is.
And yes, we even swap recipes. So if you spot a familiar Azuca favorite showing up in mini format on a pintxo tray at La Isolina… that’s no coincidence. It’s just us keeping it in the family.
